Prof. Edith Kuiper, Ph.D. - Marie Jahoda Visiting Professor - Winter term 2003/04

Edith Kuiper is a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. From 2001 to 2002 she was a visiting professor at the Robert Schuman Institute at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Since 1999 she has been vice president of the International Association for Feminist Economics and since 1997 has been associate editor of Feminist Economics. In the past, she developed the research project “Gender & Adam Smith” (2004), which was financed by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research.
