About us
The Faculty of Social Science cooperates with numerous university and non-university institutes and other research institutions. It pursues the aims to develop internationally visible and excellent research activities and to offer an excellent education in particular on Master and Doctorate level by the exchange of students.
Furthermore the Faculty is involved in manifold consulting and design networks of the region through various institutions. The regional integration of the Ruhr-Universität as a campus university and the Faculty of Social Science offers enormous chances for the cooperation with the industry, associations and organisations as well as public institutions, which benefit the education of the students as well as their career chances. The Faculty of Science has intensive contacts and cooperation relations which have been developed over decades and are still being developed further.
